Great 1st experience at this dealership. Had always had service at the Davison location. You were fast & efficient & recommended 2 filters that needed to be replaced for better operation. Appreciate the'extra' effort.
Im a middle class single mother of four and I dont know if I just have a lemon of a car but I cant afford to bring my Buick to your repair shop. Everytime I come here, theyre asking for $1000 and up. Ive had this buick cerifified, clean car fax car for 23months and Ive had nothing but trouble with it. My car has had $7900 worth of work and $3900 out of pocket, the remainer being covered by a warranty. This doesnt include oil changes, battery, and brakes. I bought a car I thought I would love and now I have to get rid of it.

Basic oil change. Daniel said it would take about an hour and that was what it took. The waiting room is excellent with magazines, newspapers, TV and lots of good snacks and beverages. The service is very good and the employees very personable.

Very pleasant people to work with in all areas. missed a few things for me to have to take care of, but it all worked out. Daniel checked me in, what a great person you have working for you. When he told me that my car was ready, I waited for a bit, when it wasn't brought in Tyler took it upon himself to go and locate it and bring it in personally. These two are great are a great asset to your team.

Great service- I wasn't sure where to go initially but they were very helpful and even moved my car for me. The waiting room was nice and I loved the snacks and so did my 9 month old child. They were very speedy and professional- best service ever!
It was the first oil change on my new Buick and I made the appointment on line. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted in such a way that I was instantly made to feel comfortable. They had me in their system already and knew what I was there for and got to work. 2 cups of coffee later (about 1 hour) I was done and on my way home. Thanks guys, good job.
