Yomani was a pleasure to work with. I was promptly brought in and helped with my car. Due to the distance I'm heavily considering changing my dealership to this location as my home and because of the friendly staff.
I was never contacted about my car and repeatedly attempted to call to get a status update but was never able to speak with anyone. Additionally, while the gentlemen that I worked with to pay and drop were great, the couldn't find my car nor had any information available for me when I picked it up. Also, they rotated my tires but didn't put air in them, in fact there was considerably less air in the tires than we I dropped it off. No one even spoke to me about the reason my check engine light was on, I had to read it on my papers, but don't quite know what it all means. Overall I am very disappointed in the quality of service I received based on the amount of money that I spent to have the services performed.

I went in to Todd Wenzel because my check engine light was on. They looked at my car first thing that morning, called me in a timely manner to update me and was able to fix the problem that day. The shuttle service driver was also very nice and got me to work on time! Great customer service.

I have no problem with the performance of the service (oil change) but I had a question about the onstar diagnostic report that no one seemed to be able to answer or find out the answer and get back to me. The report said that the oil life was at 100% but that one or more of my tires were low and needed inflating. Did they not take care of this during the oil change or was it just a fluke on the report and my tires are at the correct pressure? I asked two people and one had no desire to find the answer and the other never responded to my email
