Service Consultant
Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Grand Rapids is seeking a full time Automotive Service Consultant.
This position consults with service customers, prepares estimates, communicates repair and maintenance needs, and works closely with our technicians.
Qualified candidates will have a strong automotive background, a working knowledge of a DMS operating system, be detail-oriented, possess solid telephone skills, and be able to multi-task on a daily basis. You must enjoy interacting and working with our customers with an attitude and personality that is professional and friendly.
