I end up having a pleasant experience. But at the start of things, it wasn't so pleasant. I made an appointment for services based on their website where I logged into my account and it tells you what services you need for your car based on the mileage... I made an appointment for services totaling $70 and I get to the dealership and they tell me $300. Imagine having one number in mind and being told something different. Much to my chagrin, I had to decline and then try to explain the price I saw, log into my account in their website, and show them... Long story short, the gentleman that was helping me showed his manager, to which he said: "Oh that is on the website but it's a mistake and that shouldn't be on there". They worked with me but I still didnt get all the services I originally came for. I was disappointed... Also, I made an appointment for shuttle services, in advance, so that I could get back to work... They forgot... and I had to ask a coworker to come pick me up. I'd come back again but it's so much hassle in the beginning which is why I didn't like my experience this visit.
