I appreciate the recent service on my Buick. Brakes are working as expected again and not making noise. I've had to return to other brake shops on follow-up work. Glad I can trust your team to get it right the first time. I would ask you to streamline the drop-off at the service bay. If I already have an appointment with specific services requested such as oil change/tire rotate, the person checking me in ought to be able to send me on my way and not send me on to two additional people to discuss my requests. Also, I'm not a fan of the 30/40/60k mile service packages. Seems to include a lot of unnecessary extras. I don't mind using the dealer for certain service items as they come up. Extras like air conditioning freshener or fuel treatments on a three year old car with less than 50,000 miles aren't the best use of my car repair dollars, sorry. Do keep up the good work! Your hours and online scheduling are great and I like that I can drop off the car and pickup generally by lunch or same day. I'll certainly stop by again and appreciate your time reading these comments.
