On Wednesday December 11, 2024 I took my vehicle (2017 Chevrolet Trax) to the Todd Wenzel Service Center at the Dealership for an Oil Change / Tire Rotation. Upon completion of the Oil Change and Tire Rotation I verified with the service manager that there were no leaks or any repairs needed to my vehicle. He confirmed. As soon as Wednesday afternoon and the morning of December 12, 2024 I could smell oil coming through the vents of my vehicle and it became progressively worst. On Monday December 16, 2024 I went back to the dealership to inquire about the oil smell. I told the service manager I ... Read More

After leasing a Buick, I never received any GM Rewards. Called and texted several people at the dealership over a period of a few days about this issue. I never received a response until Shayla Kwekel called me. Her job is just to deliver cars to customers. But she took it upon herself to contact GM and get my rewards. She is the best. Thanks Shayla. I would not take my truck there ever again crooks they ovr charge you then they don't even fix your vehicle right
I would not buy a truck from this place even if they were the last dealership on the face of the earth.....do not stop here,,,,do not buy here. Not an honest person at this place. Very crooked sales tactics,,,,,these people tried to hide $2400 on the bottom line that was not itemized out and it was for their silly paint protection that they insisted I had to buy because "everyone buys it because it automatically applied to every new vehicle that goes out their door" Do not buy here!
One of the worst service departments in west Michigan. Stay away from this dealership for any warranty work. Their customer service is absolutely sickening and their lack of respect for their client is horrendous. Appointments are made verbally by the “Mike” but never entered so you are forced to wait as a walk in. Why even make an appointment in the first place. Spent 3 hours waiting on a headlight to be replaced. Also the rep who drove the car back had just smoke a cigarette and left the stench in my new vehicle.
Had a certified pre owned silverado all set up and negotiates on and once I walked in with cash and check in hand I was informed that the vehicle wa not cpo
Qi you brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesman.” And then… they don’t come. Instead you get friendly people who are not pushy. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. There was my experience with Todd Wendell Buick of GR. Darien Lawson and Devon Overhuel Took great care of us and walked out happily with a new car and great service.
I had a wonderful experience at Todd Wenzel. They even brought my car down to me after servicing. Every person I interacted with made my car buying experience a good one. I will buy again from them. This is a professional dealership who understands the car buying process is stressful and does their absolute best to sell the car you want to you. The easiest way to sell something is to make it easy for the consumer to buy it. Todd Wenzel Buick GMC did this. I really appreciate their willingness to deal with me as a person not a ... Read More

I worked with Darian Lawson at Todd Wenzel Grand Rapids. Darian was great super friendly and knowledgeable. Followed through without being pushy. Thank you Darian
Thank you Greg Haman for setting me up with a new lease today! Great, honest and kind man. Third time leasing here will lease again 🙂
Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Grand Rapids has been AMAZING to work with! They are professional, knowledgeable, customer centric, responsible, accessible, attentive, and trustworthy. The entire end-to-end experience was seamless and efficient.
After you purchase your vehicle they will ignore you. I've tried by Text, Email and Phone and no one will return my messages. They are a High Pressure company and act nice to your face but as soon as they get your money they drop you. My salesman did not even show up when I picked up my car, even though he asked me when I would be there. Do not trust these people.
Went to their dealership because they where on the list of dealerships partnered with CarFax since I wanted to sell my 2002 Buick Rendezvous with less then 58k on it. The range I had from Fair to Good was $2,600 and $3,400. Even the email from the representative made it seem like I was going to get a good offer on the car. When I got their, they took a look at the car, go to the office, and the manager was only willing to offer to take off my hands $800! What a rip off! Even showed the email with how much CarFax ... I just want to say that I have received A1 service from todd wenzel and a special shout to Vince for going above and beyond I really appreciate everything that you have done for me thank you so much and keep up the great work. I will always come back great customers service.
I took my traverse into Todd Wenzel service depart for some routine service. Battery replacement, coolant flush Transmission flush and a vehicle safety inspection. Onstar monthly report said my tires were low so i took it in and bought the safety inspection. 2 weeks later my monthly Onstar vehicle report came and my tire were even lower. so they never even checked my tires and if i had to guess they did not check anything they said they were going to. I am not even sure if they did the more than $500.00 worth of service work let alone replace my battery. ... Read More

You would think after spending $40,000 plus on a car you would have some service when the day after you bought at the rear camera quit working. Multiple phone calls with one excuse after another all we have the wrong number, we had more than one person by that name in the computer. So now after taking two half days off work and having to have it back in for a fourth time and it not even having 1500 miles on it.
I am always very appreciative of the service and attention. Zach was great and was very helpful. He tended to my needs and helped a lot. I’m going to suggest to all my coworkers to switch to this dealer and salesman.
This was on 28th street in Grand Rapids. I dont usually complain but people need to know!
My experience was terrible and they ignored it after being told . I am definitely paying for going there! I was bullied , overcharged, and ignored!! The manger told me that he knows how to work numbers and that there was nothing I could do because they are the number one dealership in west Michigan. Well....unfortunately after telling them what happened....they said you weren't the only one he did this to and that he was fired. That is good he was BUT ... Read More

Told them the day that I tested the vehicle that the air was not working. He stated but the car needed to just warm up for it to get cold. The next day I drove it after I purchased it and it still wasn’t working and my car was veering to the right. I went there four times in six days which cost me a lot and gas. I was also told that they would call me to get some things repaired but they never called I can’t affect them all the time . I was now sent a ... Read More

Do not go here! Very dishonest. They treat you like a dollar sign and tell you whatever you need to hear to sign that day. We have leased two vehicles from them and was not told about the lease disposition fee of $495 either time and now are on the hook paying this. I realize we signed the document with that number hidden among many other numbers, but when I asked a manager if it was their practice to disclose this fee he responded confidently yes. My boss also recently leased a car from them without being told of this fee. ... Read More

If you go here see Zach. Great salesman and took care of my needs. They have a great selection of pre-owned cars and do their best to meet your needs. I would recommend researching what your trade in is worth though because it is shocking to see what dealers want to give you for your trade in.
I am a retired GM executive and have kept my Mom in GM products for years. She is currently driving a 2005 Buick Rendezvous and Todd Weasel Buick has been ripping her off every time she goes to the dealership. The last oil change cost her over $200 because they said she needed a transmission flush at 52,000 miles...OEM says never required unless at 100,000 miles.
She recently went over one of Michigan's many potholes and the dashboard lit up with ABS, Traction and All Wheel Drive lights coming on...she took it to Todd Weasel Buick and they wanted to charge ... Read More

I can't believe I bought a car that I actually wanted to pay for! With my credit, dealers were quick to encourage me to buy some car I didn't like to establish good credit... and after renting from a "buy here, pay here" location and seeing no changes in my credit after I paid my car off, I figured all salesmen were scheming. Todd Wenzel was the first to exploit all available options to me and get me into a car that I like. They even put extra gas in my new vehicle when it was ... Read More

Great experience. Had a very specific car in mind and found only a few in the area. They had exactly what we wanted but we just needed to get it at the price we wanted. Dealt with Justin Wenzel who was obviously very knowledgeable about cars. Never felt pressured, and he didn't even balk when we submitted a lowball offer. We ended up getting the car for much less than we were willing to pay and the negotiations didn't even have to get ugly. Friendly service throughout by the entire Todd Wenzel team. Didn't our for their ... Read More
