CAN I GET ASSISTANCE WITH OBTAINING A RENTAL CAR?

We offer affordable rental vehicles with all repairs.

WHEN I LEAVE MY VEHICLE AT YOUR SHOP, CAN I GET A RIDE TO ANOTHER DESTINATION?

Yes. We are more than willing to transport you to your destination if it is within a reasonable distance and during business hours. Best of all, it’s FREE!

CAN I TAKE MY VEHICLE TO TODD WENZEL COLLISION & APPEARANCE CENTER FOR ANY AUTO INSURANCE CLAIM, OR ANY INSURANCE COMPANY?

Yes. Our team has been trained to handle any claim from any insurance company. We have developed numerous programs and strategic partnerships with every major auto insurance company, as well as many smaller ones. Our goal is to use these relationships to get your car through the process as quickly and painless as possible.

CAN YOU MATCH THE COLOR OF PAINT ON MY VEHICLE?

Yes, this is one of our specialties! With our computerized, exact paint color matching system, Todd Wenzel Collision & Appearance Center will restore your vehicle to the original factory color. The repair centers have the ability to perform undetectable color matches and have more than 60,000 colors to choose from. If you are not 100% satisfied with the finished product we will fix the issue immediately. No questions asked!

WHERE DO I GET A CLAIM NUMBER?

A claim number will be provided by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. If you do not have your claim number for any reason, our team can always help you retrieve it when you come in. If no insurance company is involved in your repairs, you will not have a claim number.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE?

The length of repair time all depends on the amount of damage to your vehicle, as well as your insurance company and their procedures. Once we inspect your vehicle, we will always include an estimate of how long it will take to complete the work.

HOW WILL I KNOW THE PROGRESS OF MY REPAIR?

During repairs, our team will keep you informed as often as you’d like. If there are any delays or changes in the schedule, we will inform you immediately. Once your car is complete, you will receive a phone call from our team member informing you that the vehicle is ready.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE BEFORE I BRING IN MY VEHICLE?

No. You do not need to make an appointment before bringing in your vehicle (unless your insurance company has requested it). Just stop by, at your convenience, and we’ll take it from there. Or, if you prefer, give us a call at (616) 975-3656 and we will be happy to schedule an appointment.

CAN I PAY FOR MY REPAIR “OUT OF POCKET” AND NOT GO THROUGH INSURANCE?

Yes. Many of our customers have repairs done without going through their insurance. If you are unsure how to proceed, stop by for a free estimate. Most estimates take about 10-15 minutes depending on the amount of damage. At this point, we will provide you with several options and scenarios so you can make an informed decision moving forward.

DO YOU OFFER A TOWING SERVICE?

We can assist with all your towing needs.

DO YOU CLEAN THE VEHICLE AFTER THE REPAIR?

We have multiple full-time detail departments in order to ensure your vehicle is perfect upon pickup. Our team will perform a one hour clean prior to pickup to remove any dirt or dust caused by the repair.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all forms of payment except personal checks. Acceptable forms include cash, bank debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cashiers checks and money orders.

DO YOU OFFER ANY KIND OF WARRANTY ON YOUR REPAIR WORK?

Every repair at Todd Wenzel Collision & Appearance Center includes a lifetime warranty.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE, AND IF SO, WHO SHOULD I PAY IT TO?

Your insurance company and agent will provide you with the deductible amount required. Deductible payments should be made directly to Todd Wenzel Collision & Appearance Center. If another party’s insurance company is paying for your repairs, you are not subject to a deductible.
